- Before practicing Krounchasana, sit on a yoga mat in a clean and ventilated place.
- After sitting, spread your legs forward.
- After that come in the position of Dandasana.
- Now bend your right leg and take it backward and press the feet under the hip.
- After this, hold the sole of your left foot with both hands.
- Holding the soles of the left foot, lift it upwards.
- During this, keep in mind that both your neck and back should be straight and balanced.
- Now lift your leg up and bring it in the straightness of the neck.
- Remain in this position for about 30 seconds and breathe in.
- Now while exhaling, bring the leg down and then do the same process with the other leg.
